Should I evolve my Tyrogue into a Hitmolee or Hitmochan? I feel smoke coming out of my ears just thinking about it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Chan

Hitmonchan is a lot better since it has a better move type selection.

If Tyrouge has the Steadfast ability DEFINITELY go with 'chan. Steadfast turns into Iron Fist after evolving.

Hitmonchan's elemental punches do become a lot more useful now that they run off Attack instead of Special Attack.

Hitmonlee is a bit sturdier, but I've always preferred Hitmonchan's attack diversity. And, like Pory said, now that the elemental punches are physical, he's even stronger.

Actually Hitmonchan is sturdier, if you look at defense.

Hitmonlee is a faster, stronger sweeper, but fragile.

Hitmonchan's Focuspunch is 180 basepower with Iron Fist (aswell as other punches ofcourse). So he packs quite the punch (-___-)

48 basepower Machpunch is rocking too!

OK, replace "sturdier" with "stronger," then.

Top is awesome. Counter bitch.

Hitmontop is the worst of the three by far. The only advantages he has over his brothers are a higher Defense, the Technician Ability, and the ability to learn Endeavor. The rest of his stats are worse than the other brothers', and his movepool isn't as diverse as Hitmochan's or even Hitmonlee's (unless Aerial Ace and Twister are big deals for you). Hitmonchan all the way.

He's the sturdiest, and can Rapid Spin. Technician is a great ability; and so is Intimidate. It can Counter or Revenge, and has a good deal of priority moves.

Hell it can even Foresight if you fear getting walled by a ghost.

Top is top.

Foresight, Counter, and several of those priority moves span across the entire trio. Not just Hitmontop.

Yes, but he's the only with the stats to pull them off.

Eh... Possibly. But Hitmonchan's versatility will always stand out in my book...

Agree to disagree?
