I honestly don't know where to go with this topic, but just have a read (http://www.aolnews.com/surge-desk/article/descent-into-active-volcano-caught-on-camera-video/19661713?icid=main%7Caim%7Cdl5%7Csec1_lnk3%7C17549 9) if the title didn't give it away.

This is as insane as it is awesome. This guy is just clad in some casual climbing gear, descending into a humongous crater filled with active and very unfriendly 2,000 degree Fahrenheit churning liquid rock, with a freaking video camera in his hand.

Just let that sink in for a second. That's nearly ten times the temperature of boiling water. That's a fifth as hot as the surface of the SUN. And this guy decided to hop in and film it.

...Wwwwwwwwwow. Just wow.

This is awesome! Also how is that casual climbing gear or is my sarcasm detector broken?

It's casual climbing gear in that it's a shitload of ropes and stuff that you'd see your typical mountain/volcano/cliff worker use and not this:

Sorry I thought you meant his clothes. Also I don't know what that is.

In laymen's terms, it's an unbreakable laser rope and a heatproof suit that can survive being submerged in magma.

He is...the most interesting man in the world. Probably had a Dos Equis after he was done.
