Well it's been claimed to have several health-beneficial effects but as far as I know few if any have been scientifically proven. I never tried it myself.

I'd actually never heard of it. I drink a ton of coffee, so maybe I should incorporate some more tea into my diet. I think coffee is where I consume the bulk of the fats in my diet, given that I only drink it with the heavy cream and sugar. I can tolerate black coffee, though, so maybe I should start using Sweet 'n Cancer
