Wrong Season

Explain this to me...

I started Black today... The game started in Autumn, even though when I save, it clearly states the date as 3/7/11.

What's the deal? Shouldn't it be Winter?

I got Autumn as well. But, in Black and White, the season changes every month.

If the game's seasons matched real-world seasons, it would take faaaaar tooooooooo looooong to access material that's only available in certain seasons. That's why, in Unova, each season is only one month long!

JAN - Spring
FEB - Summer
MAR - Autumn
APR - Winter
MAY - Spring
JUN - Summer
JUL - Autumn
AUG - Winter
SEP - Spring
OCT - Summer
NOV - Autumn
DEC - Winter

A week may be too fast... I think a month is fine for their first try. MAYBE a fortnight would work better in future installations, though.

Or you can just be a cheating fuck and adjust the DS calendar. :D
