Well, I haven't posted a poll in a while... (who has? Sorry, just had to say that...)

1) Yup! I just got back from vacation, which began as a visit to my first ever anime con, Anime Boston 2003! ^_^
2) Nope...
3) Anime Boston... it's been my only one.
4) Um, let's see... *finds list* PortConMain 2003, Shoujocon 2003, Bakuretsu Con 2003, ConnectiCon 2003, Mikakkan 2003 (Although their site has become overrun with porno links, so I don't think they're holding the Con anymore...) [All Anime], and (I think) Coaster Con 2003 [Roller Coasters]. And then there's the ton in New York I don't think dad will drive me to. ;-;

The convention I went to was the Canadian Anime Expo.. it was combined with a Sci-fi and comic book expo. o_O; So.. yeah, I suppose.
3) What's the farthest convention from your home that you've gone to?
Half an hour. :o Hey... it's an hour in heavy traffic!
4) What upcoming Conventions are you planning on attending?
I'm most likely going to be at Anime North... if I can talk my parents into driving me there. XD;;

1) OHHH YEEEAAAAAAAAHHH!!!! Ive been to Katsucon 7, Nekocon 4, Otakon 2002, Nekocon 5 and most recently Katsucon 9
2) When I was in 7th grade I went to a Star Trek convention...some people say Star Trek and anime are mortal enemies :P
3) Otakon, in Baltimore Maryland
4) Anime Mid Atlantic, Im going as Seras from Hellsing, and Otakon 2003 as San from Princess Mononoke

Cons are awesome!! And its really awesome when you can get a group of your friends to go as the cast from a certain anime ^-^

Well I've never actually been to an anime convention but I'm hoping to change that soon. One of my friends is heading up to Origins in Columbus late next month. It's not exactly an anime convention since they deal more with things such as CCG's but awhile back my friend said that if there is room in the group he's going with that he would try and see if maybe I could also come along if I want. In addition the DBZ CCG Nationals are being held there. While I don't expect myself to do well on the national level I think I might go ahead and enter if I'm there. As for other conventions I'm looking into Otakon as well. Hopefully I'll be able to convince my parents to get me a plane ticket provided I'm not dead broke or too busy come August.
