Pokemon deserving an evolution

I'm sure at least one of us was bummed that not a SINGLE pokemon got an evolution or pre-evolution this generation. Plus, there are so many pokemon deserving a larger evolutionary family tree.

Personally, I'm not sure how a 28 foot long rock snake can pop out of an egg that your character can simply carry in his/her arms. Onix is just an example of a pokemon that needs a pre-evolution.

Also, HOW is Luvdisc not related to Alomomola?

Every Goddamn Pokemon that doesn't have one, especially the following:

-Kangaskhan (Come on, the baby looks nothing like the adult.)
-Stantler (They can do a LOT more with it than they have.
-Mawile (See above.)
-Every Pokemon that is part of a 'duo,' like Plusle and Minun, Lunatone and Solrock, etc..
-Every Pokemon that, as it is now, simply sucks, like Luvdisc, Pachirisu, and Qwilfish.

Phione says hi. I'm not against it too much, but I think it is not needed. I'd see that if there were a legendary pre-evo, it would work like Phione (being able to breed as many of that pre-evo, but none can evolve into it's parent).

I say this every time, but it still applies: in the Pokedex, they say Vulpix has a single, white tail that splits into six tails. Yet, as soon as it hatches, there's Vulpix, with all tails ready to roll. Seriously, just give that sucker a pre-evo to remove that audacious LIE.

I'd like to see an evo for Altaria, mainly to rectify it's status as a "real dragon" and also to abuse (provided it keeps the Cloud Nine ability from the dream world) in the metagame.
