Is there a complete GBA game of this version??

No, there isn't. Gold Version was a GBC game, which was before GBA, and it wasn't remade until HeartGold, which is for DS (after GBA.)

Of course, I suppose someone might have gone to the trouble of whipping up a ROM of it...but I'd be surprised if it was both 1) truly complete and 2) any good. People underestimate how much work and talent would have to go into that kind of project.

It stopped at Olivine Lighthouse, though. Atleast, last time I played it.
