Hello tech savy people.

Yesterday my PC was doing its windows updates, when I got a powerspike and it rebooted.

Now it wont load past the Bios screen 9/10, and when it does, it gets stuck in boot...

Any suggestions?

if by stuck in boot you mean stuck while windows is loading try tapping f8 to unlock the boot options menu and then see if safe mode works

otherwise you need to be more specific

It looks like it has fixed itself.

I left it running with the 'Repair' option as i went out. Took it an hour, but it looks like its stable.`

I'm glad to know it's working again, but try checking your hard drive to make sure the spike hasn't caused any physical damage. Otherwise it could get worse at any time.
