Since our last match came to an untimely end, let's see if we can start one up again.

I release Bisquick, my female Static Stunfisk!

Bisquick, start by obscuring your position with a quick Camouflage. Follow with a hard-hitting Stone Edge and then a Sludge Bomb.

Shock Wave clones (screw Motor Drive ;)) and use Toxic if he Toxics you.

Nice to have you on board! This was the first arena I ever used in ASB, brings back memories. Like when Bellosson was an Oddish, and your Mudkip drew with my Voltorb (Who I believe is still in your possession ^_^)

===Round 1===

Ahhh, a nice eerie lake. Complete with mists and bogs..and probably an alligator. Why am I here, you ask? Well, this place here is where I found Dogifsh, the whippersnapper. I came back to see how he's faring.

Ahh, there he is now. Oh but look, Oslo s here to. Looks like this is another battle and it just so happens I'm passing through. Let's ref from the boat here...just take me around them,Jeeves.

Out glides a funky electric squirrel..seriously, what is it with rodents and electricity in this world? To counter, there's a flap in the water, and a lazy eyed flat shape floats atop...oh..its one of those butt ugly ones. Gotcha. K.

Emolga starts off by gliding left and right and then...in both directions at the same time! Already suitably annoyed, Bisquick fires off a nasty bolt of electricity. It sweeps through the clone, but Emolga seems pleased by the strike. It bathes him in a yellow glow

Em: -3E +Spd~~ Bis: -4E

Advantage granted. In this arena, Emolga finds it a bit hard to keep gliding out and have to come back to land, so he opts for the next best thing. Bisquick! One swoop later and Emolga lands on the flat opponent, spitting on him a nice healthy Toxic--o jeez that's sick, they're swapping spit. It's just a Toxic fest over there, ick.

Em: -3E Txc ~~ Bis: -3E Txc

Sinking into the murky water, Bisquick tries to bring the squirrel down with it. Emolga however, has other ideas, and jumps off of the flatfish. With a brilliant flash, an energy barrier washes over Emolga. Bisquick disapproves readily, firing off a blast of poisonous goo that strikes with a great deal of force. Emolga lands on the shoreline where Oslo stands, dazed from the blow.

Em: -4E/-5H LS:6 act~~ Bis: -8E

Looks like the Toxic kicked in for the both of them (-3)

===Round 2===

Emolga shakes off the jitters and tries to ensure that his next takeoff is without incident. So he turns around and claps. Bisquick looks to shore, and shoots off another Sludge Bomb at the face of Emolga. It splatters across the screen, but it still bothers the squirrel. (-2)

Em: -3E/-5H ~~ Bis: -8E

Bisquick huffs, glad to have successfully sat up another mass of nastiness. But the applause was over and it was time to get back to work. Swimming through the water, Bisquick expands and lunges up, as the rodent takes to the skies. Emolga edges by, striking the fish.

Emolga glides sideways, and shivers as the winds on the lake pick up. The small spits of land aid in the fish's plan, and the sands starts to fly. This fish was starting to be annoying.(-2) (-1)

Em: -3E ~~ Bis: -4E/-4H SS: 6 act

Emolga floats through the new storm and tries to fly around the larger chunks, all while keeping his eyes on Bisquick. The squirrel spies him, and dives down from the east. A hazy green aura surrounds him,and in a flash, Bisquick is struck from behind. The force of the strike bounces Emolga back toward Dogfish, and he there, throwing another Pokeball into the mix.

Out in a flash comes a small spirtly plant, whom is tackled immediately by the Stunfisk. Sprout uses his body weight to push away, and backs up. At least buy her dinner first!(-1)(-2)

===Round 3===

Just like that, its a new battle. Super Sprout flops over, ready to stop this fish in its tracks. The sunlight will be the source of her power, and she beckons it rightfully so. Rays start to permeate the sandy matrix...until Bisquick reenergizes the storm. He giveth...and he taketh away.(-3) (-1).

SS: -4E ~~ Bis: -4E
SS: 5 act

With the sands already starting to weaken in effect, the fish moves fast. Well, as fast as a creepy looking flat fish can move. Biequick fires off a weak wave of poison through the sand, and Super Sprout is caught off guard. She's covered by the nasty stuff, but does not let that bother her. Seeds fly all willy nilly and some land on the partially hidden fluke. (-3) (-1)

Em: -3E/-10H ~~ Bis: -5E Seeded

Sprout takes a deep breath, knowing the seeds will need a minute before they start working. The sands blasts all aeround and obscure her vision for a moment. A moment where Bisquick tries to rally forth and completely slam all his weight into her. But the force misses, and Bis skids to a stop a few feet away. Hearing the commotion let Sprout know where she was, and how to attack accordingly.

The leeching of life was pretty apparent, as Bisquick squirmed to free her self of the aura. (-3) (-1)

SS: -7E/+9H ~~ Bis: -9E/-18H

Add on a bit of Leech seed activation (+/-3) and we got ourselves an even steven match.

So tempted to use Protect and take advantage of the fact that Dogfish botched his commands... SolarBeam would be a two-action move since Sunny Day wouldn't have been used. Alas, it doesn't fit with my strategy.

Allow her to Encore your Stone Edge, but make sure you don't hit her with it. Follow that with Flash. Once you've done that, make sure SolarBeam hits you and, once you're oriented, get revenge with a Pain Split.

===Round 4===

In between the sands and the clouds, the boats circling the area vanish from sight. Its just seed against floppyfish now. Bisquick however, waits for her applause, and man, does she ever get it. Sprout flips in the air and whirls his little propellor head in cheers! Bis gleefully does it again, and manages to sail past the sprout, cutting a deep groove in the ground.(-3) (-1).

SS: -3E ~~ Bis: -4E

Sprout takes the time to again warm up the arena. The sands finally fall and leave only pure sunlight to warm her body. It's a grand thing. A little too grand, as a stark flash blinds Sprout for a moment. Bisquick smirks-relaxed in its endeavor. (-4)

SS: -4E ~~ Bis: -2E
Sun: 8 act

Sprout groaned, from being blinded. But she managed to well up a bunch of energy and keep it steady in the air. Bis noted where it was going to land, and idly scooched over-as it fired down. The blast hurt alot and all that seemed to be lift of the pancake was just batter and rock.

But no Bisquick lives. She slithers out of the hole and takes her time to start a link between them. It takes a great deal out of her, but the payoff is astounding. Sprout is not happy at all with this predicament. (-4)

SS: -9E/-31H ~~ Bis: -13E/-24H/+31

===Round 5===

The sunny weather seems to really benefit the small seed, as she tries to split up her opponents focus. But Bisquick is unrelenting--and the sunlight must not be allowed to exist! Once again, the foggy arena is blasted with a sandy brigade. Bisquick winces from the internal poisoning, and all of that work is for naught.(-5) (-1).

SS: -3E ~~ Bis: -4E
SS: 6 act

With the sun gone, Sprout wilts a bit. In this action, this allowed Bisquick to get the jump on her! She creates a second link, and realigns the pair to a more...even health situation. Sprout however takes it in stride, and applauds her ingenuity. (-5) (-1)

SS: -3E/-7H ~~ Bis: -6E/+7H

The poison was not really helping the situation, and Bisquick noted this, but with her overwhelming audience wishing her to do it again, she had no choice. Link's established and completed, but Sprout seemed evilly ok with this.

In the thick of the fog-a deep green light rips out from one part of the bog and over toward the small sprout. A boat appears through the fog, giving both battlers a chance to open up some ground.(-5) (-1)

SS: -7E/-2H/+9H ~~ Bis: -4E/+2H/-18H

Add on a bit of Leech seed activation (+/-3), and Sprout seems to still be on top-despite the sand.

Sands swirl up, but the sun comes out. Sun goes down awfully fast and the sands once again reign in this fog-filled arena. Sprout is undeniably pissed off, this was seriously hampering her.(-6) (-1).

SS: -4E ~~ Bis: -4E
SS: 6 act

Stuck in a rut is what we're gonna call Sprout. She huffed and tried to gather any leaking sunrays that could make it to her small small form. But the combined fog and sand made it danged near impossible to fire anything. Bisquick didn't mind, she merely focused on gaining all that luscious health back that she lost before! (-6) (-1)

SS: -9E/-21H *crg* ~~ Bis: -9E/+21H

The bolt sails by, and Bis takes the opportunity to look at it. Her lack of interest is attributed to Sprout's apparent hemmeroidal grunts as she tries to gather light for this ridiculous blast of power. (-6) (-1) Snickering at her ingenuity, Bis fires off a Thunder Wave. The paralytic forces pins Sprout, and she lies there.

===Round 8===

With the sands gone as well as that flat excuse for a shoehorn, Sprout feels great. That feeling fades when her next opponent rears his quizzical head. Gangly arms and legs stretch around, feeling the misty warm air. Ruben takes a shine to the foggy arena, and raises one hand, collecting that mist around it.

Sprout wastes no time, this thing seemed too odd to be trustworthy. Sunlight beamed to her beckoning, and she spun skyward to help direct its path down and onto Ruben. Ruben-true to his trade-made not a sound as he was struck, but rather lay sprawled along the ground.

His left hand however, seemed to reject the fog, almost ignite it. When the dual fists were charged, he ran at Sprout with full intent to connect. Sprout doubled over to try to avoid it, but it was too late. Both punches sent her skyward, allowing Ruben to finish this trifecta of energy, a massive dual colored beam slammed the flying target...and sent her flying clear out the area.

Let's keep things straightforward, Ruben, with a Nasty Plot and two Icy Winds.

Magic Coat and Snatch whatever you can.

===Round 9===

Each competitor down one fighter, this match soldiers on! The Emolga glid across the sunny landscape and taunted the mime as he tried to plot how he was going to get the squirrel down. Ruben hisses, and forces up a barrier with just its bare hands-and somehow, that Taunting effect falls back on the flying Squirrel!

Ruben raised his hands in silent anguish, but a light bulb went off in his head. Although hot, the icy concoction still made a point, as Emolga found himself flying into an Icy Wind. He opened his flaps wide, and was able to glide though it, speeding past Ruben. Oooh but was he ever so mad!

Em: -6H -Spd ~~ RS: -3E

Emolga scoured the ground to land, and spied a old branch that would be perfect. He opened his flaps to slow his descent, but the force of another Icy Wind rendered that landing moot.

Emolga grunted, and resolved to end this mess, by causing pain to Ruben as soon as possible.

Em: -6H -Spd ~~ RS: -3E

A quick dash of health left Emolga, as the Toxic games begin anew. (-3)

But... I thought Gen V made Taunt Magic Coatable? D:

Also, how much damage would Icy Wind have done had it not been super effective?
