Theoretically, you can get it, but not right now. You need four trainer stars to get it.

1) Beat the League

2) Capture all (including unobtainables) and the Latios/Latias that you have to get from the island the eon takes you to in the first place, shark it, or get someone to trade you it (really hard). And you won't get past the unobtainables because you need all the E-Reader cards (not out) or shark them. Plus you have to get Dioxys and Jirrachi which is currently impossible without a gameshark.

3) Win all the pokemon tournaments

4) Defeat the battle tower

And only then do you get the EON ticket.

Cody that Bull, no one knows how to get it, and you will not get the unatainable pokemon from E-cards because it would be complicated, and you can get the eon ticket I already have it from my Action Replay
