Safari Zone...

I can't get into the safari zone even though i have all the badges, what do i need to do in order to get into the safari zone.

In the town with the beach at the bttom of the cycling road there is a contest building. If you speak to the little girl there (top left I think) she gives you what looks like a pez dispenser. Once you have that you can get into the safari zone.

Safari Zone? As in like the Fushia City Safari Zone in R, B, and Y? Or is it somewhere different? Either way, these games are starting to sound better and better!!
