TPM Secret Santa

How about we do a TPM secret santa this year? We could exchange things like art, fics, maybe gift cards (ie, Kindle, iTunes). Posing this early because creative work takes time to prepare and we're all busy. Has this been done before? Thoughts?

This (http://www.pokemasters.net/forums/showthread.php?t=20015) has actually been done (http://www.pokemasters.net/forums/showthread.php?t=21765) twice before, with varying degrees of success.

Typically, the problem is that some people sign up and then simply never post their Santas. If people are keen to do it again this year then we can, but I need only remind folks that you don't have to sign up if you won't commit to it.
