In order to get the picture to work, first you need to upload it somewhere to the internet. If you want to, you can even attach it directly on to your post using the feature just before the "submit reply" button. Or you can go to one of the online galleries like Webshots (http://www.webshots.com), DeviantArt (http://www.deviantart.com), or Yahoo (http://photos.yahoo.com/). ^_^ Then you just link to the picture. And btw, you only need one [img] tag. :)
