I've happen to notice that TPM doesn't have some threads/sections my old forums had ( do NOT want to talk bout it )

missing threads -

Name change thread - this forum is to allow people to change their names every 2 months , people get bored with their names sometimes but they need 60 NON-Spam posts.

Colour title thread - for mods to keep tab on people with coloured titles , like mine says fall under my spell , it's white but I could post in this thread to have it in blue.

Whose the mod ? - This is for peole to see updates of whose the mod/admin and for which section.

Skin thread - for people to suggest which type of skin they want .

Pokemon / song / pokemon attack claims - this thread is for people to claim an attack ,song or pokemon , seperate threads , max is 20 for each
Missing sections -

Spam section - People can spam to their heart's content , but no double posting aroud .

Also I forgot some other things

User levels - to see which level they are and how much exp they have

the colour box er - this you will find in the post reply area , so people can choose their favourite colour . also you can make new shades here! people dont forget to type in btw the boxes!

The italic , bold and underlined box - found in the same area as the above one , and this is a basic function so I wont explain it.

missing threads -

Name change thread - this forum is to allow people to change their names every 2 months , people get bored with their names sometimes but they need 60 NON-Spam posts. I'm not so sure the administrators want to constantly be changing usernames manually, especially if someone wants to do it every 60 posts (notwithstanding, it'd be incredibly difficult to police). We used to have a feature where you could change your display name at your own discretion, but we nixed that because it got incredibly confusing figuring out who was who all the time.

Colour title thread - for mods to keep tab on people with coloured titles , like mine says fall under my spell , it's white but I could post in this thread to have it in blue. We... actually don't have colored titles.

Whose the mod ? - This is for peole to see updates of whose the mod/admin and for which section. If you click on the link at the bottom of the home forum page that says 'View Forum Leaders', you'll be able to check out the mods, super-mods, and administrators. We don't need a new thread for that.

This seems like something that would go in Games, Games, Games. But you would need that forum's mod's approval before posting it in there.

Spam section - People can spam to their heart's content , but no double posting aroud . We actually have an off-topic forum called Mt. Moon. Posting in that forum won't add to your post count, but you can do virtually anything in that forum (aside from the obvious -- porn and illegal activities, for example) to your heart's content. But you would need approval from the Mt. Moon mods first -- kainashi, RedStarWarrior, and Heald.

We had something like this on one of the old forums, but we nixed it because people were constantly using color combinations that couldn't be read without highlighting the entire post. It got terribly annoying after the first time.

You can change your options (here (http://www.pokemasters.net/forums/profile.php?do=editoptions)), under 'Message Editor Interface'. You can change it to 'Standard', which has everything you were looking for and more, and 'Enhanced', which gives you a WYSIWYG editor -- allowing you to see what your post will look like as you type it.

There is a thread for name changes, buried somewhere in The Binary District. The rule is you're only allowed to change it once. Ever. Due to knowing who is who. Yep!

Like Greyfox and ChobiChibi have said, it would be too confusing if everyone kept changing their names. You can request ONE name change, but you must choose your new name wisely. However, you can choose your custom title as many times as you wish.

If you really want a colored title, you can ask me (once), but by doing so you forfeit the ability to change your custom title, since the only way to change its color is to make it admin-set rather than user-set. So you can either have a colored title or a title you can change, but not both.

Like Greyfox said, you can see all the mods and their respected forums by clicking on "View Forum Leaders". Additionally, when you look at the index of any forum, you can see the mods of that particular forum at the bottom of the page. And we don't change our mods very frequently, but when we do, there is usually some kind of announcement to let everyone know who's resigning and who's been promoted, and there's at least one thread where people can post comments.

I'm afraid I don't have a lot of free time to make many forum themes, but if you have an idea you'd like to use, you can let me know. Just please make sure you want to use it, because I'd hate to spend time and effort making a theme which no one is going to use. Oh, and we have different themes for each forum, but many forums are still using the default theme. If you have an idea for a theme that would suit one of those forums better, you can start a discussion on that forum and see what people think.

I don't quite understand. What does it mean to claim an attack, song or Pokmon? We have threads for adopting Pokemon at the AC/CC subforum of Games, Games, Games! (Which I now see you have already found). Do you mean something like that? Altough I still don't know how that would work for songs or attacks.

We have Mt. Moon. And you can even double-post in there, as long as you have posting permission. If you would like to post in there, contact one of the Mt. Moon mods and they will decide.

Umm... users don't have levels or exp., but adopted and captured Pokemon do. Users can be given something called reputation, but no one seems to be using it.

I'm sorry, I don't understand. If you want to know what people's favorite colors are, you can make a poll. But what's the connection between that and the post reply area, and what boxes are you referring to?

I'm still not quite sure of what you mean, but... have you tried using the advanced editor? That may be what you're looking for. And you can also use BB code (http://www.pokemasters.net/forums/misc.php?do=bbcode) even within the Quick Reply box. If you were talking about something else, please let me know.

when i say the claim threads , yoy claim something , a little like AC/CC centre and the plushies , a lttle of both . you claim this thing , its a collectable item of no use .
