Let's see... I have one slot open... and a pokemon in need of exp... Let's do this.

I want a 1v1 battle (as said by the title)
DQ: 1 week
No Banned moves

My opponent will send out first (doesn't exactly matter, as I already know what pokemon I'm battling with, but just for the sake of being fair), and I will command first.

Arena: Field of Ice

This is, as the name of it says, a field of cold and slippery ice. Being the winter time of the year, it is incredibly cold out in this particular area.

Fire type moves are decreased in power by 3, while ice type moves are increased in power by 3. All types except ice types will find it hard to move around on the ice, and their speed will be decreased by 1 as a result.

We begin this match in this ruddy cold place as two competitors, BTPoke and Emerald meet up and send out their Pokemon, psychic Pokemon, for some reason.

We now begin with Daniel waiting for Rosalinda to split up. Using his psychic powers, he tries to disrupt the move. Success! Kinda... Rosalinda got two clones, but that's not too bad.

First use your Telekinesis to make him levitate, then use Focus Punch to knock him around and then use Shadow Ball Supreme (huge Shadow Ball)

Concentrate, Rosalinda. Once he gets a hold of you with that telekinesis, throw his concentration off with a confuse ray.

Next, *so tempted to go with parafusion* use psychic to throw off his focus and stop that focus punch (maybe make him punch himself a bit, and throw in a few "stop hitting yourself"s)

Finally, that shadow ball's gonna take some time to charge up. Go ahead and use Hypnosis to put him to sleep.

wait sorry that was four actions just realized focus Punch takes two action (facepalm from God) get rid of Focus Punch and replace with Focus Blast (if ok sorry about that BT)

^It doesn't take two actions. It takes up the first part of ONE action to gather focus, while the second part of THAT action is the actual move.
If the user is managed to be hit while gathering focus, the focus punch fails. But it all takes only one action.

Er, is that possible in a sandstorm? What's with the ice cream? ANYWAY, Rosalinda decides to eat it before it scars her further and the nightmare attacks again. Daniel finally awakens, but isn't sure as to what he was dreaming about. Oh well.
