Clever Nicknames For SSBM Characters

Okay, I love playing SSBM, and I'm sure many of you guys and gals do too. While playing the game, my brother and I like to give our characters those small names that appear over the character. Also, I like to relate the characters' different costumes to other famous figures. Here's what I've come up with:

Doctor Mario
Red Costume - Doctor That Preformed Surgery Lately
Black Costume - Angel of Death
Green Costume - Doctor Clayton Forrester from MST3K. The green coat works perfectly, and you can easily title him DR.F or CLAY, which were the doctor's nicknames in the show.

Mario
Yellow Costume - Wario (duh).
Blue Costume - Classic Mario.
Black Costume - Groucho Marx. A silly moustache, B&W costume and the title MARX make it look great.

Luigi
White Costume - Taliban Luigi or Asian Luigi
Red Costume - Fire Flower Luigi
Blue Costume - Subzero Luigi

Princess Peach
Normal Costume - Paula from Earthbound.
Yellow Costume - Daisy (duh). Titled DASY.
White Costume - Nurse/Wedding Peach.

Yoshi
Pink Skin - Female Yoshi
Blue Skin - Boshi
Yellow Skin - Jar-Jar Binks (note the tongue and great jumping skills). Titled JRJR.

Bowser
Red Skin - Magmar. Think of it: Magmar has claws, a spiked back, breathes fire, and is a little pudgy (just don't tell him that). Titled MGMR for short. Either that or Sabretooth from X-Men.
Black Skin, Normal or Blue Skin - Godzilla

Donkey Kong
Gray Fur - Machop or Machoke. Titled MCHP or MCKE.
Red Fur - Hariyama (works well since DK is always slapping, and Hariyama learns SmellingSalt, a slapping move).
Green Fur - Shrek or the Incredible Hulk.

Captain Falcon
Red Costume - Bloodhawk Falcon or Blaziken (titled BZKN).
White Costume - Holy Falcon

Ganondorf
Purple Costume - Imotep from the cartoon version of 'The Mummy'.
Red Costume - Magneto from X-Men.

Falco Lombardi
Normal Costume - Crow T. Robot from MST3K. Titled CROW.
Red Costume - Firebird
Blue Costume - Crow T. Robot in Turkey Volume Guessing Man costume.
Green Costume - U.S. Army/Marine

Fox McCloud
Green Costume - U.S. Army/Marine or Chris Redfield from Resident Evil.

Ice Climbers
Red and Orange Costume - Woman In Charge Climbers

Kirby
Red Skin - Fireball
White Skin - B&W Kirby or Classic Kirby
Blue Skin - Snowball or Iceball

Samus Aran
Blue Armor - Fusion Samus
Pink Armor - Samus's Armor Controlled By Peach or Zelda.

Ness
Yellow Costume - Bumblebee Ness

Princess Zelda
White Costume - Holy Zelda
Green Costume - Gardevoir

Red Costume - Goron Tunic Link
Blue Costume - Zora Tunic Link
Black Costume - Shadow Link
White Costume - Holy Crusader Link. As Link, Legolas from Lord of the Rings.
Normal Costume - As Young Link, Frodo Baggins.

Blue Costume - Snoopy Pichu (note the goggles on head and scarf)

Red Costume - Ash Pikachu
Blue Costume - Party-Goer Pikachu

Yellow Costume - Royal Jigglypuff or Princess Jigglypuff
Green Costume - Ninja Jigglypuff

Mewtwo
Blue Mewtwo - Shiny Mewtwo

Mr. Game & Watch
Red Skin - Irate G&W
Blue Skin - Sad G&W
Green Skin - Green Thumb G&W

Roy
Yellow Costume - Golden Sun Roy

Marth
White Costume - Elvis Pressley (if you really look at the costume, you'll see what I mean; also, it doesn't hurt that women swoon over both).
Black Costume - King Arthur of the Britains from Monty Python's Quest for the Holy Grail. Titled KING.
Blue Costume - Sir Lancelot the Brave from Monty Python's Quest for the Holy Grail.
Red Costume - Sir Galahad the Pure from Monty Python's Quest for the Holy Grail.
Green Costume - Sir Robin the Not-Quite-So-Brave-As-Sir-Lancelot from Monty Python's Quest for the Holy Grail.

Actually, my friends and I didn't come up with nicknames for the characters, but we did come up with names for attacks and items:

Ness's forward smash (his bat attack): The Standard Issue

Swords, Bats, Star Rods, etc. : Beat-down Sticks

Bombs, Shells, anything that can do a bunch of damage and knock the opponent out easily: AKMs = Auto Killing Machines

Any aerial attack that drops the opponent quickly (Kirby's Down Air attack, Samus's Down Air attack, etc. etc.): "Down-You-Go" attacks

Actually, we did have a few names for Ness. "Bumblebee Ness" is already covered, but Green+Orange Ness is "Color-Blind Ness".

yea we call him bumblebee ness to. me and my friends before we went into each battle we would make new names. 69er was probably the best.

I also call yellow Ness bumblebee ness. I also call Mr game and watch, game and watch (original huh?) the white capt. Falcon, super falcon and my brother calls the Blue Bowser, Super sayain Bowser (he has yellow hair)
