Rime, start off with an Aerial Ace then when you're in close quarters an Ice Beam to the face. Then back off and use Twister to wrap Eevee up.

EDIT: Actually, can I get some clarity on the banned moves first? I don't like the "standard banned moves package" because there's no such thing. Some people would consider Explosion, for example, a commonly banned move while others wouldn't. You're opening the door for ambiguous shenanigans if you use a move your opponent assumed was banned when really that wasn't your intent. Just list the moves you want banned so I'm not left to make a judgment call.

Either way, it benefits Rime tremendously as he finds himself a fair bit more speedy as a result. Meanwhile, Zenith locks eyes with the birdie and makes him fall deepwy in wuv. This particular Pokemon pairing isn't quite on the same level of biological abomination as, say, Skitty-on-Wailord, but it's not too far off.:null:

Since poetry didn't do the trick, Rime comes up with a new strategy to win Zenith's heart. He hacks up some fish guts from his gullet and begins to mould them into a sculpture... of... a... backpack? A pound cake? A Yorkshire terrier? I'm not sure what his artistic creation is supposed to be, but it's sure as heck not wooing Zenith. With another full-bodied tackle, she rams herself hard into Rime. He tumbles into his fish gut sculpture and smooshes it past recognition... not that it was particularly recognizable to begin with, but he seems pretty distraught nonetheless.:null:

Time for some fresh blood! RL recalls his defeated Wingull and opts for another maritime Pokemon. With a flash of light, a sea turtle waddles into battle, looking as fierce as a waddling sea turtle can look. As it turns out, even with the Tailwind, Lai still can't outpace Zenith, who gets in one final attack. Of course, since Zenith isn't exactly hurting for energy and Lai resists Normal-type moves, the Trump Card doesn't do a whole lot. Lai then burps a salty blast of water at Zenith, who can take no more. She faints.

Looks like Scyther's gonna have to go for broke if she wants a chance of winning. Scythes out, she crouches low and sprints toward Boltz with a glint of madness in her eyes. Something painful this way comes. Scyther's body begins to give off white light as she shoots off an energy beam and throws her full frame into Boltz. A bright flare occurs upon impact and the entire stadium shakes. Jeepers! There's a fair bit of smoke so it's hard to say exactly what happened. Is Boltz down for the count? Or did the Rotom persevere?

When the smoke clears, the answer becomes apparent. Battered and bruised but far from defeated, Boltz repays Scyther with a jolt of current and smirks. This appliance ain't ready to go off to the big scrapyard in the sky just yet.:null:
