Title says it all, three people, including me, use one dragon type, or a pokemon with dragon characteristics,.Sceptile, Charizard, Lapras, etc.) I'll be using my Salamence, DQ time is a week, and arena is Opelucid City. I'm also free on a battle so Oslo and Grey can't say anything :P

Salutations, ladies and gents, and welcome to the Dragon Three Way Battle! Today, we find ourselves in an open square in Opelucid City where three young but ambitious Pokemon trainers will be duking it out for supremacy. They arrive armed to the teeth with Dragon (or Dragon-esque) Pokemon and it's overall quite a frightening bunch. Okay, I'm officially excited. Let the violence begin!

As the battle gets underway, Seze glares at Dactyl and Dragonair with a frightful air about him. Intimidated or not, Dactyl isn't gonna back down... but he is gonna Smack Down. Hurr hurr hurr. He picks up a rock and flings it at his winged opponent. The rock connects with Seze's right wing and causes it to fold it. Dude's not gonna be flying anytime soon, that's for sure. Since Seze knows he's gonna be using his legs a lot, he decides to give 'em a good stretch with an Agility... only to trip over his own feet and stumble to the ground. Dactyl and Dragonair giggle. Gosh, Dragons can be so cruel. Dragonair decides to show him how it's done, gracefully slithering around the city square with great dexterity. Her Speed takes a jump. Seze glares at Dragonair scornfully. Show off.

Having upped his Speed considerably, Dragonair goes on the offensive. He huffs, puffs and blows out a terrific beam of pale blue energy at Seze. The attack connects with unexpected ferocity, hitting the Dragon/Flying-type right where it hurts: his double weakness. Dactyl adds injury to injury, beating his tail against the ground and casting out shock waves. They strike both Seze and Dragonair, but aren't quite as powerful as they would be had they only struck one target. Case in point: Dragonair's retaliatory Earthquake can only take one target, Seze, and it hits him for full damage. Frig. Is it just me or has Seze just become the friendly neighbourhood punching bag?

Realizing that Seze has been getting tossed around like an old pigskin, Dragonair decides to distribute the pain evenly by firing a frigid energy blast at Dactyl. However, the Aerodactyl merely swoops out of the attack's path as he ups his Agility. Seze isn't even watching what's happening. Instead, he's tromping around the square, happily kicking and prancing about aaand... um, is that supposed to be dancing? I guess it sort of looks like dancing, but it also sort of looks like he's just donated way too much blood and has a case of the spins. Either way, it works. His stats rise. Yeah, idgi either.

As the battle continues, Dactyl does a loop-de-loop in the air and creates four identical Aerodactyl clones to do his bidding. The fivesome pumps their fists. Let's rawk! Meanwhile, Dragonair's gemstone begins to glow and sizzle with electric current as she releases a broad cone toward Seze. Seze's muscles grow tight and rigid, but it doesn't stop him from busting a few moves. It's... it's kind of embarrassing to watch, but it's still a Dragon Dance, so up his stats go once again. So hooray for that.

The shenanigans continue as Dactyl swoops low and slams his tail against the ground. Shock waves shoot out in all directions, catching Seze and Dragonair for weakened damage. Dragonair growls and tries to pinpoint which prehistoric Pokemon might be the real Dactyl, but they all look so fuggin' similar. He takes a random guess and spits some Toxic goo at one at random... and it's a clone! It vanishes. Dragonair scowls, watching the Aerodactyl posse cackling at him, which means he's easily caught off-guard by Seze's Dragon Claw. Seze scowls. That's for the Thunder Wave, bitch!

Time for some deja-vu! Dactyl once again casts out an Earthquake which throws Seze and Dragonair to the ground. Dragonair gets back up, looking quite angry, and fires off an Ice Beam at Dactyl... only to strike yet another clone! Ahhh! That must be frustrated. Also frustrating is the fact that Seze is barreling toward him with his claws raised and... yep, there it is. He swipes Dragonair hard, knocking him into the side of a building. He lets out a few choice curse words. Jeepers. The mouth on that guy. He could make a Scrafty blush!

With Dactyl sitting at full health and his opponents floating somewhere around the halfway point, it's Dactyl's battle to lose. The Aerodactyl does another loop-de-loop in the air and creates another foursome of clones to join the two that already remain, giving him a total of six dinosaur doppelgangers. That's enough to start a water polo team! Meanwhile, Dragonair breathes out a chilling blast of energy that smacks Seze in the face. Brr! The ailing Salamence closes his eyes and tries to will his Paralysis away, but it's not working out as planned. His ability to deal critical hits has improved, though, so that's good!

Dactyl and his Aerodactyl army flutter down to the ground and Relax as they watch the battle unfold before them. Dragonair steals a move from Dactyl's playbook and pulls off a Double Team. So... we have one Salamence, seven Aerodactyl and now five Dragonair. That's a full house! However, Seze isn't intimidated by these newcomers and tromps forward to deliver a fierce Dragon Tail—except Paralysis has other plans. Seze's body locks up. Nuts.

Pleased that he's managed to stay under the radar for so long, Dactyl keeps on Relaxing and Dragonair even follows suit. As Paralysis lifts from Seze, freeing his body once more, he resumes tromping toward Dragonair and lands that Dragon Tail he couldn't use before. Only thing is, he lands it on a clone, not on Dragonair himself. Wah-wah. Clone goes goodbye and life goes on.

Another round comes and goes and Dactyl remains at full health. He smirks. This is just criminally easy. Backed by his retinue of Aerodoppelgactyls, he once again swoops low and slams his tail against the ground, calling up a ferocious Earthquake. Seze and Dragonair feel pain shoot up through their bodies and the latter Pokemon watches as all of his beautiful clones vanish. Nooo! He was going to use them for cheap and affordable childcare! Gah! Incensed, he casts together a Substitute and Seze follows suit. Dactyl doesn't seem to mind. As long as they're not attacking him, he doesn't give a Raticate's ass what they do!

Aerodactyl waves his wings and launches a medley of jagged, pointed rocks. Uh-oh. They collide with Dragonair's Substitute and decimate it in one go. Dragonair tries to retaliate with an Ice Beam, but the pale blue burst of energy sales hopelessly through a clone and knocks it outta this realm. Meanwhile, Seze seems quite taken by this idea of assaulting Dragonair with rocks and follows suit with a rather nasty Rock Slide. Dragonair takes one hit after another and looks positively murderous.

At this rate, it's hard to say exactly how much more Dragonair can take. Dactyl once again shoots out a perilous Stone Edge, which hits Dragonair for a pretty significant amount of damage. Dragonair tries once more to the land an actual hit and it works... sort of. He kicks out a storm of ice and snow which whips across the field and encloses around Seze's Substitute. It causes the Substitute to disintegrate and fall to icy little pieces. Seze seems kind of bummed that his beautiful handiwork is broken and he's given some time to reflect on his loss on account of how Paralysis has locked up his entire body. Derp. Not much you can do about that.

Time for Aerodactyl to go a lil ballistic. The ferocious Flyer glow bright like a dying sun and dive-tackles the ground between Seze and Dragonair. Both Pokemon are sent flying, though Seze, who was closer to the blast point, seems to take more damage. Surprisingly, however, he's the one who manages to pull himself back up once everything is said and done. Dragonair isn't so fortunate. He rolls over and faints. Weakened but not out of the game just yet, Seze directs a great mass of rocks to tumble down upon Aerodactyl. His clones are wiped out and he is sent nosediving back to earth. Guess he was due for a little pain.

This gives Seze the opening he needs. He breathes a mass of purplish energy all over Dactyl before slicing him with a little claw action. All the while, he remains hunkered down as though trying to withstand a finishing blow that isn't coming.

Seze then starts panting. He's got no fuel left in the tank. Uh-oh.
