Problem in black and white 2

I can't seem to get n to ride the ferris wheel with me. How do you get him to ride it with you in black and white 2 so that you can battle him?

Did you beat the Elite Four yet, Heracross?

I noticed you need to beat them, then come back to the ferris wheel on Friday for N to be there to battle you and ride the ferris wheel after, anyway, hope that helps you.

I've beaten the elite 4.

He will only be there on Fridays, and even then, only once a month.
