BW2 Medal questions

Anyone get the Wailord Watching Medal? How do you get it? I sat and waited an hour and a half trying to see a Wailord. Is there a certain time of day that lets you get the Medal?

I'm curios as well. I could never figure out how to get it.

I figured out the Diamond Dust had to be achieved on New Year's Eve considering that night is celebrated world wide and December had to be the month to get the Medal. When nothing happened on Christmas, December 31 was the only other option looking good for getting it. The Wailord puzzles me greatly and I don't think I've ever seen anyone online saying they got it. There HAS to be an easy trick to getting it. I mean Game Freak couldn't possibly make us just sit there in Marine Tube for 6 hours literally doing nothing. It just doesn't make sense!

Some of these Pokémon will only appear at certain times of the day; the player can get the Wailord Watcher medal by spotting an elusive Wailord, which are common between 3pm and 4pm.

I saw a Wailord there a few days ago, it was 4:02 PM, and it was summer in-game.
