I know that to get fask bike, just talk to the man in the bike shop. He'll switch it for you. :) As for the cave...well...I don't know which one you are refering to...sorry. :)

the Masterball is in the team magma/aqua's hideout. I can't give you a guide coz I forgot the place :D You ought to know where the hideout is though. You come to this room with 4 pokeballs in it... 2 are electrodes, one is a thingie and one is a masterball. Masterball's japanese letters are (you need to go to View> Encoding >Japanese to see them)

fast bike you get when you go to the bike shop in the electric gym town and talk to the guy at the bike shop. He will switch your wheelie bike for a fast bike. To switch back just talk to him again. This can be done endlessly.

TO know which one is the wheelie and which one is the fast, get on your bike and press B without moving yourbody. If your bike goes on one wheel, that's obviously the wheelie bike. If not, the fast one.
