What do you need help with? I think the moveset works well although I'd personally replace Hyper Voice with another STAB move like Ice Beam or maybe Dragon Tail.

I need help because its level 100 and I appreciate your suggestions. Ice beam and dragon tail sound nice. I will consider putting one of those moves on. Also, I wanted to get feedback from tpmers. Thanks.
