View Full Version : Walmart Exclusive Codes Unlock Special Garchomp & Scizor

Good news to fans who haven't purchased the Pokemon X or Y games yet. Walmart has started selling exclusive copies of Pokemon X and Pokemon Y that have codes bundled inside that will unlock Garchomp if you <a href="/Walmart-Pokemon-X-Garchomp">buy Pokemon X</a> or Scizor if you <a href="/Walmart-Pokemon-Y-Scizor">buy Pokemon Y</a>.

<a title="Garchomp Pokedex Entry" href="/pokedex/pokemon/Garchomp/">Garchomp</a> will be holding a <a title="Dragon Fang ItemDex Entry" href="/pokedex/item/Dragon%20Fang">Dragon Fang</a> with the following moveset: <a title="Slash AttackDex Entry" href="/pokedex/moves/Slash/">Slash</a>, <a title="Dragon Claw AttackDex Entry" href="/pokedex/moves/Dragon%20Claw/">Dragon Claw</a>, <a title="Dig AttackDex Entry" href="/pokedex/moves/Dig">Dig</a> and <a title="Crunch AttackDex Entry" href="/pokedex/moves/Crunch">Crunch</a>. Garchomp's ability is <a title="Sand Veil AbilityDex Entry" href="/pokedex/abilities/Sand%20Veil">Sand Veil</a>.

<a title="Scizor Pokedex Entry" href="/pokedex/pokemon/Scizor/">Scizor</a> will not be holding an item and has the following moveset: <a title="X-Scissor AttackDex Entry" href="/pokedex/moves/X-Scissor">X-Scissor</a>, <a title="Night Slash AttackDex Entry" href="/pokedex/moves/Night%20Slash">Night Slash</a>, <a title="Double Hit AttackDex Entry" href="/pokedex/moves/Double%20Hit">Double Hit</a> and <a title="Iron Head AttackDex Entry" href="/pokedex/moves/Iron%20Head">Iron Head</a>. Scizor will have either the ability <a title="Swarm AbilityDex Entry" href="/pokedex/abilities/Swarm">Swarm </a>or <a title="Technician AbilityDex Entry" href="/pokedex/abilities/Technician">Technician</a>.

These Pokemon will come in a <a title="Cherish Ball ItemDex Entry" href="/pokedex/item/Cherish%20Ball">Cherish Ball</a> which is currently unattainable in Pokemon X and Y. Those who have received their free Event Torchic will be familiar with this red colored Pokeball already.

This event runs through June 30, 2014.
