hi i'm new here how are you guys?i know how to insert sigs and avatars,but i have two questions:
1-how do you guys make trainer cards here?
2-can i change my username?it took my FB's name,and i don't like that...
any help would be appreciated...and thanks :)

I'm not sure what you mean about trainer cards, but if you want to change your name, let me know what you want your new name to be and I can fix it.
