Killzone 2 and final fantasy XIII for the ps3.

Final Fantasy XIII is beautiful. It's also a quick, easy approach to the series because of its tube-like structure and the way you don't have to re-start from the Save Station if you die. More things, I found Crystarium an easy skill system compared to, say, FFVIII Junction system. On the negative side, the music is not the best what the series could offer and as I mentioned, the game is tube-like, you don't have to think too much where to go. I myself am playing it in Japanese right now and have no big difficulties so far. Then again, I have finished FFVIII in Japanese earlier this year.
