possible strategies?

as i was looking through this forum i saw something about a characteristic called Suction cups or something. it said that the characteristic stops attacks like Roar/Whilwind from working n the pokemon. i was just thinking that maybe you could BatonPass the characteristic. meaning that PsuedoHazers would have a lot on their hands.

Why are so many people under the impression that you can Baton Pass characteristics? It's not possible.

Yeah, they aren't status effects...they're like automatic and species specific moves. I suppose octillery is going to twist his arms off and glue them to something else. :P

lol, yeah. but maybe there's some new move that transfers the characteristics as well?
