TPM BOOK!

We haven't had a thread like this on Misc for a while. I had this significant dream about you all when TPM was on a hiatus.

Last night, I had a dream where I had a book that was like a TPM history book. It contained lots of old threads. It was awesome though I didn't find any of my own posts there. That was probably because I didn't post so often back in the good old days.

TPM BOOK!

I went and changed the thread title, in fact, I want to see this happen.

So I contacted a company that makes books and they said that a book with 1,000 pages would cost about 200 euros. I'm okay with that price for one copy, but they also said that if I make multiple copies that would cost significantly less. So here I also ask if someone else wants to order the book through me.

But the most important question is: What threads to include? Mt. Moon is out of question, methinks. However, I already gathered some random threads from Who's Online plus threads that are somewhat special. You can make requests and objections.

You should do a thesis on TPM and the online subculture it was a part of! A focus on not just its history, but the Web 1.0 online subculture it encompassed in the early to middle 2000's - well before the glorification of memes and social media! So few people now know of Web 1.0 online subcultures! They are The Grey Web!
