u might not like these, but i just thought them off my head:

Blaziken - Hotwings (lol), Crushken, Blazer, Blaze?, Bolero

Salamence - Crusher, Dragoon, Skydragon, Divinegon

Pikachu - Radioactive, Sparky, Static, Electromagnetic, Pikavert, Perudo

Aggron - Metalloid, Metalic, Metarider, Metagon, Meta-Rhydon

Gardevoir - Psyquique, Escargot, Ballerina (!!!), Dancer, Requiem

Or you could go with their Japanese names (I like them more, usually):

Salamence=Boomanda
Blaziken=Bashamo
Pikachu=Pikachuu (you'll need to work on that on your own)
Aggron=Bosugodora
Gardevoir=Saanaito

Blaziken: Hitmonken (lol), Saiowarashi, Meteorite, Deztroyer, Rourinkiroku, Sitamanashiwasa or Sitamanashi

Pikachu: Bolt, Thundermouse, Thor, Statiouse, Shocker, Shockiko, Shakarimoru, Rasputin, Lightingbolt

Pikachu=Chuu, Zaps, Hestia, Squeaks, Zeus, Thunder, Bolt, Sparky, Sparks, Ozone, Mercury, etc.

Thanks to some thoughtfull poke-names given to me from my great friends at The Pokemasters Forums, I have devised names for every Pokemon on my team. Some nicknames are exactly has said, and some just gave me ideas. Thanks to all!

Blaziken=Hades

Salamence=Divinagon

Pikachu=Voltin

Aggron=Atlas

Gardevior=Mistique

Dusclops=Zeke

My Gardevoir is male, so I called it Sy. Sy, get it? Phychic, takes away "chic" and change "Phy" to "Sy" Get it? *Laughs like a nerd* Oops I just made a fool of myself......................oh well.
