What a crappy move pool this thing has. The only special attacks it can learn are electric.

Standardish... not a bad idea to give giga drain some pp ups. Maybe put sludge bomb or toxic or return or earthquake over Giga Drain if you dont' want to split EVs.

All out physical attacker. Maybe stick return or rest or something on there instead of something.

Your friend's team doesn't seem to have much strategy or synergy. Each pokemon seems like it's on its own to me. =\
