Blaziken: Brave (+ATK, -SPD) or Lonely (+ATK, -DEF)

Gardevoir: Modest(+SP.ATK, -ATK)

Manectric: Modest (See above)

Dusclops: Bold (+DEF, -ATK), Relaxed (+DEF, -SP.ATK), Sassy (+SP.ATK, -SPD)

Kyogre: Modest (See above), Rash (+SP.ATK, -SP.DEF)

Metagross: Adamant (+ATK, -SPD)

IMO, using a Blaziken with a + Attack personality is a waste of time because he'll be Bulking Up a couple of times upon going into battle anyway. It's best to give him a + Sp. Def or + Speed personality.

You mean...like my Timid Blaziken? (+SPD, -ATK)

But...I use Rest/Chesto combo instead of Bulk Up...

I'm going to use Blaziken with Timid because his attack is high enough to use up for speed.

How can you sacrifice Blaziken's attack? It's one of the few good things that it has.

Ditch blaze kick for fire blast/overheat and change it's personality to Adamant. With STAB, even with 0 EVs and a personality drop, the special attack will be enough. Besides, you should only be using it when fire blast/overheat is super effective anyway.

As for the rest of the team:

Gardevoir, Manectric and Kyogre should be Modest. Use adamant on Metagross and calm/careful on Dusclops. I've already calculated EVs for your Metagross and Kyogre in a separate topic and I'm not gonna do the rest of your team for you.

Did you really expect anyone to use up their time calculating EVs for your team? =/

The most productive way is to take the initiative, find out some more about EVs, and then DO IT YOURSELF. Then you won't need help in the future either.

EDIT: or at least make an effort with EVs and ask for advise on whether your distributions are alright or should be changed.
