Can anyone tell me how to get a laparas withouth messing up my game or using a game shark or tradeing?:confused:[/COLOR]

When you're at the Silph Co. building when Team Rocket is there, when you're on your way to battle Giovanni (I believe only a few warp tiles away.), there is this person standing there. I believe you can talk to him after you battle your rival... but anyways, the person gives you Lapras. I don't know if the person gives you Lapras after Team Rocket is gone...

Yup, that's right. I do believe the guy gives you Lapras even after Team Rocket is gone; I think I've tried it before. Memory might be failing me, though. Anyway, topic resolved, so I'll just close this now.
