Skarmory is the only way to go IMO. You need it's 00ber defense. 2x weaknesses are no big deal if you have 2 resistances - Milotic and Ninetales. It's only when you have 3x weaknesses, that you should be worried.

what exactly are you looking for?
You could use a Swellow for huge power and speed, here's my moveset:
Swellow @ King's Rock
-Fly/Wing Attack/Aerail Ace
-Steel Wing
-Endeavor
-Double Team
or...
Dodrio @ ?
-Drill Peck
-Endeavor (Breed w/ Tailow
-Tri Attack/Return
-Steel Wing
I've never used a dodrio, so the moveset won't be good.

I would go with Flygon :-D
Its not a Flying type, but it has Levitate, and is generally more useful.
I should say though... aside from Milotic, a Rhydon could REALLY hassle your team. Megahorn, Earthquake, and Rock Slide give you a LOT of problems(all of which Rhydon can obtain simultaneously, and all of which come off its HUGE attack score), not to mention Rhydons Huge HP and defense. Heracross stands a chance and Milotic is awesome, but other than that, you'll have trouble.

well w/skarmory he would also have 2x elec w/little ways of getting around that... id reccomend removing manectric also... hopefully for a very beefy ground type then adding skarmory would help, it owuld also help your teams s.a./attack ratio... even it out a bit
