Alright. ARENA:
A Prehistoric Viridian Forest. Only changes are the trees do not block out the sun, and the growth is a bit more wild and taller. Smaller pokemon may get snagged in the grass.

Ahem,anyway Flyer fly up above the trees and use Sandstorm on Vex,then while Vex is blinded, move in close and use a short_ranged Toxic.Then hit it hard wth a Drill Peck.

Skarmory...this could take a while, Vex. First start off by creating a medium sized Substitute. Then use Supersonic and finish off with Swagger. Hopefully Flyer will be confused and enraged. Sandstorm shouldn't be too big of a deal since we're in a forest.
