Evalution battle for noobies that need to evlve pokemon

Alright, I seriousley need to evolve at least one of my pokemon so I thought I'd set an evalution challenge.

The rules are: Only basic Pokemon like Growlithe etc. That means no evolve Pokemon.

It will be 2-2 match

You choose first I attack first.

No sigs can be used, basic attacks only, this fight should be kept basic.

The arena shall be in the middle of the house of commons for a laugh cos it's the only way I can get back at the government.

DQ 2 week, cos I've got exams and suspended time table.

Ok then I choose my Growlithe (M).

Ok Growlithe, Make a Substitute, about 20% strong, then flame thrower it from behind your shield, if it's allowed use will-o-wisp, if not use extreme speed, for your third and final attack use light screen.

Growlithe: Ok lets get happening! I wanna kick some but!

Attack in this order. Substitute, Light screen, Will-o-wisp/Extreme Speed, flame thrower.

I apologize for the wait, but I thought I should point this out first:

I won't use R/S moves until the pokes are officially out, and catchable in parks, etc..., and you gave 4 commands, you can only use 3 even with a fast one like Extremespeed, I will ref this soon.

Extreme speed was to replace wilowisp if it was'nt allowed, sorry if this wasn't clear.

Nonono, this is what I mean:

Would mean:

1)Sub
2)Flamethrower
3)Will-o-wisp or Extremespeed
4)Light screen(even though you called this your third attack

Then you wrote:

"Attack in this order. Substitute, Light screen, Will-o-wisp/Extreme Speed, flame thrower."

1)Substitute
2)Light Screen
3)Will-o-wisp or Extremespeed
4)Flamethrower
