Customized Pokemons Colors

Hello! Name's Kari.. I'd be more then happy to change the colors of the ruby/sapphire sprites into whatever you want. I'm doing this is a new thread because pimuni's one has a buncha people already trying to help :D I'm not any better then those people.. at least I don't think so.. I've got just a few rules.. please follow them.

1) One pokemon at a time, please.
2) Be as specific as possible, what part of what pokemon do you want what color? Example "Please make the ears of a pikachu blue and the tips purple."
3) Don't bug me if I don't get around to it right away

Important : the images you keep should be the ATTACHED ones, not the posted ones (those have the possibility of being deleted)

nope, you need animation shop.

actually, there is a way to make transparent images in Paint Shop Pro, but I do not know how to do it either... :(

it would be much more simple if I knew... :P

xvkarbear, the way to do it, i know a little about it. but it somehow gives you a light blue background instead of transparent. who know, maybe I am doing something wrong.

you go to: file: export: GIF optimizer

Lemme see here, in paint shop pro..

Take your image and edit it the way you want to. Then go to file-> export-> transparent gif.

Make sure "Area's that match this color" is checked, and pick the color you want transparent. Ignore Partial Transparacy.. go to colors and pick Optimized Octree (or exsisting palette if you can). Then hit okay.. save your image.. it might have a colored background in PSP.. buut on the web it should be transparent.

oh, wow. it does work. thats weird. it did not work for me before... But still, I prefer to use animation shop, cause if the pokemon has white in it, that white will become transparent. and in Animation Shop, you choose what to be transparent. so i supose it is better... :D and it also gives you better graphics. for some strange reason, animation shop can keep its original colors when the image is saved as GIF. in other programs, the image will become really dotted... :confused:

make sure your using 256 colors (go to options after you pick the save name) and mess with the settings alittle to make those nasty dots go away

i know, but it will still keep some dots. i prefer working in animation shop for this. and if it has dots, i correct it by brush... ;)

Hello there could you please make me the following?

A breloom with lavendar colored legs, and the green cap on its head should be lavendar too. The yellow parts on its body should be a maroon style brown, and the eyes should be a murky redish color. The tiny red ball on its head should be white, and its claws on both arms and legs should be light blue.

You can make transparent images in photoshop, too, if anyone prefers to use that.

I would like a Flareon that has the same colors as the Claydol you did. Instead of light orange and orange on Flareon I would like grey and dark grey. For the yellow and dark yellow, I would like it light blue and blue. Thanks.
