TM for Swords Dance

Where exactly do I get it? :(

I just recently restarted my Blue and Yellow, because RBY is still the best, and I want Swords Dance, but after beating Blue, and going back through the TMs, I realized I didn't have Swords Dance. I don't want to make the same mistake with Yellow.

Also, for yellow, I have a team planned of Pikachu, Mew, Clefable, Charizard, Venusaur, and Blastoise. Good, huh? I don't know if Mew or Charizard should get Swords Dance. Any ideas? Venusaur definitely won't, but I think I may go with Charizard, and make Mew a special attacker.

I can't exactly tell you which floor(but I will look it up and edit it), but I can remember that I got the TM there, even after not playing the game for a few years.

[Edit] Mew is a better physical attack with swords dance, due to having softboiled, great defenses, no weaknesses, etc. However, since you only have 1 SD TM, and charizard can't be a special platform(and in this case mew can), charizard may be your best bet. Just remember that swords dancing mew are leet.
