Here is an underwater picture of Mew I did. It took around 23 minutes(I was watching Yu Yu Hakusho at the time...) so here it is. Those things behind it are bubbles if you can't tell.

lol that's really cute! did you do it with a mouse? I like the colors, gives it a nice peacefull vibe ^_^; the only thing that bothers me is around its eyes, looks like he's got some serious eyeliner goin on ^^; and the fingers don't look quite 'natural' but meh, hands are incredibly hard to get to look right :p great job, keep it up!

Lol, Mew looks very sweet in that picture. ^_^ The coloring is done really nice in the picture, that really makes it stand out good. I love the way the bubbles in the background look, they help out the drawing and give it a nice look. Mew looks pretty good too. The rest of the picture looks good, great job. Keep up the good work!
