how did Misty caught her Poliwag. I seemed to have missed that episode. Also, please show some pics

She gets Poliwag in season two. When Ash and Tracey accidently inhale a Vileplume's Stun Spore, they become paralized. Misty learns that the only cure is a type of weed that only grows at the bottom of lakes. She meets with the Poliwag, who fetches her the weed. After fending James and Meowth off from stealing Poliwag and the weed (Jessie inhaled the spore as well) Poliwag decides it wants to go with Misty on her journey.

Yup, that's correct, and Misty's Poliwag becomes her most overused Pokemon she has ever had.
