Here's how it goes. Everyone creates their own superhero. As a group, we reside in the Universal Superhero's Mansion in New York City (actualy it's a duplex) Any way we are all sitting around when soemthing happens...

uhhh... Yeah, well... You need a sign up form and stuff. Look at other RPGs and whatnot, get a general idea. Don't give up though, you've got a good idea, but develop it more!
