Ok, the main theme is direct damage. Just Desserts, Numinous Healer, Enchanted Javelin, Black Pendant, Sparks, Hinotama, Dian Keto the Cure Master, Princess of Tsurgi, Giant Germ, Kiseitai, Griggle, Inaba White Rabbit, and Fire Princess are all designed to bulk me up and destroy the foe directly. Get Inaba on the field, bulk him up a bit, he comes back, next turn he comes again. DNA Surgery, depending on the situation, might turn everything into Dragons so A: Inaba can use Dragon Treasure or B: Cave Dragon can attack. It's also part of the obvious Insect Barrier combo.

There are other combos here, but I'm sure you can find them. FYI I know it's too big, and I need suggestions on how to trim it.

Maybe try a Gravity Bind/Mask Direct Damage Deck.

Wow. A good theme of deck but, you need to take away ALOT of cards. In a direct damage deck, you don't want to put in cards like Blue Eyes White Dragon and Crab Turtle. Thousand Dragon, Baby Dragon, and Time Wizard are not needed, because you want fusion monsters with more then 2600 ATK points. Griggle is useless, unless you have Creature Swap. Put Hane Hane in the trunk and add another Penguin Soldier. Giant Germ is good... Put in 3x Nimble Monmoga if you could. Cave Dragon is not needed. Relinquished isn't either because you don't have anything to draw him other then Witch. Here is a Solid Direct Damage Deck...

Hmm... Based on here, You won't need Megamorph. You can keep Darkness Approaches if you want, but it would be a waste of space. Gravekeepers Servant is not needed, nor Turtle Oath. Black Pendant and Invigoration are not needed. Sparks- X. Don't need Black Illusion, Dark Hole, or Poly. Nuzzler and SODS is Xed. Here is how the Magic Cards should look...

Gravity Bind Direct Damage Sounds Perfect... But where's the solomn wishes?
(btw... whoever said solomn wishes and bad reaction to simotchi must have a death wish.)

I run a gravity bind burner deck, and Inaba White Rabbit has intrigued me... it may work

but i'm not sure how usefull Nimble Momonga is in fire princess decks, seeing how they will take out the fire princess the first chance they get. Unless you want to try shift or patrician of darkness, i say no. Here is a variation on what i run:
