ok, here we go!
GO ORACLE AND ANUBIS(Abra F and Houndour F)!

Oracle, use safegaurd to start off. Now, use DynoPort on Houndour! Dynoport is dynamic punch + teleport.

If Double Team is used use Rain Prayer

Anubis, use faint attack to dissapear for a bit. Now use dig. When u come up surprise meowth with a flamethrower!
If Double Team is used swift on the dt person

Oracle - Safeguard ~ Dynoport(Houndour)

Anubis - Faint Attack(dissapear), Dig, When pop up Flamethrower(meowth)

Subs - read the post

Sidius, start off with a Double Team. This will force the Abra to use Rain Prayer (aka Rain Dance) instead of Safeguard. Sometimes substitutes for attacks can be cruel. This may come in great handy later on. You'll need to really watch out for that DynoPort though. Houndour have a good sense of smell and could see in that darkness anyway so you'll probably have a good sense of where the Abra is. Right before the Abra can land the Dynamic Punch part of the DynoPort, Faint Attack away then strike it from behind. Since it wasn't able to use the Safeguard that means it is vulernable to stats change to land a nasty Toxic on him fast and hard afterwards.

As for you my prettyful Meowth, try your best to aim your Bubblebeam at the Houndour before it can do underground. When it is underground, I want you to aim a Swift. No matter what, the Swift will be able to hit her. The Flamethrower will be weakened thanks to the Rain Dance that would be applied after Sidius' tricky Double Team. Nail the Houndour with a massive Thunder. Thunder's is very accurate when used during a storm (aka Rain Dance) so it'll probably nail her.

BTW: Cyrus please be sure to look at the descriptions. =D

Well, they are Dark-Types. They appear at night and hunt at night. Something that lurks in darkness should be able to see its way around. They have to have good eye eyes to see in the night. Common logic.

Cyrus

Logic says they can see at night extremely well. Seeing in the total abscenes of light is something else completely. Sight is dependent on light, the images are portions of light reflected off of objects, in an area completely devoid of light, there is nothing to see. Logic says Houndour's eyes are more sensitive to light, but still dependent on light to see. My apologizies if this hinders your plans for the battle, but I see no reason to logically assume Houndour can see in total darkness.

Fine, just forget I said anything about Houndour being able to see in the dark. I don't care. They can still smell things in the dark no matter what. I don't care and am really not in the mood to argue with anyone. >.>

Cyrus...*Rubs temples*Absence of light means absence of LIFE...do you know how impossible it is without a black hole to create an ABSOLUTE ABSENCE OF LIGHT?

Cyrus

The Muffin Man, may I ask what business is it of yours to interject false information into a battle you have no role in? By your own statement, you have none, so take your own advice and go away. Light from the sun is what is credited to the existence of life on earth, yet we organisms exist that are never exposed to light. A species of lizards have evolved without eyes, they served no purpose in their caves completely devoid of light and became a source of infection. Build yourself a room of three inch solid sheet metal, seal it shut with a camera that doesn’t generate light inside. Make a recording and analyze it, you will lack light.

Arena: Pitch-black cavern

Anubis: Faint Attack (Away) ~ Dig ~ Flamethrower

DarkPrincess

Sidius: Double Team ~ Faint Attack (Away) ~ Toxic (Oracle)

Lirima: Bubble beam (Anubis) ~ Swift (Anubis) ~ Thunder (Anubis)

Battle:

Within a chamber that light abandoned, a battle between two trainers prepares to begin. Both sides release wolf cubs bearing the markings of some long forgotten darkness, complimenting the hounds are paired with a feline on one side and a rodent like psychic. Within the cavern, Sidius summons a trio of false images with a brief series of gestures and mumbled words. Oracle, playing the roll perfectly, identifies her opponent’s attempt to generate illusions within the cavern, the confused Abra summons rain clouds above ground. As rain falls above, nothing occurs within the arena to wash away the clones. As Oracle offers her desperate plea for cleansing rain, her partner Anubis takes a far more direct stance against the illusions. He releases a volley of stars that tear through the unseen clones and continue on to lacerate Sidius’s furry hide. Lirima attempts to locate her intended target within the oppressive darkness, yet even the sound of the racing stars proves insufficient to allow her to properly target her opponent as her concussive bubbles detonate again a rock covered in slime.

The darkness conceals Anubis as he shifts dirt in an attempt to burrow beneath the arena surface. But to facts hamper his attempt, the rock is extremely dense and he lacks the ability to supernaturally assist himself in shifting the mineral deposits. As Anubis continues to paw uselessly against the rock, Lirima releases a flurry of stars to seek out her opponent, cutting similar furrows to those now adorning Sidius’s hide in Anubis. Within the all-consuming darkness, Oracle is unable to teleport anywhere save home, and that fails to meet the requirements of her commands, so she simply awaits further instruction. Sidius, an impatient puppy, ignores his second command to conserve his precious energy when no ‘porting opponent appears. And launches a glob of toxins into the darkness in an attempt to poison his opponent. Yet his aim fails in the darkness.

When denied the ability to visually discern one’s location, the mind automatically focuses on and heights the senses in an attempt to remain aware of it’s surrounding. In this state of extreme sensitivity, a normal stimulus causes the nervous system to over react, an example is being nearly asleep in the dark and someone flipping the light on, your eyes take time to adjust and in that time your effectively blind. Well magnify that by twenty and you might have some idea of what the four pokemon experience when Lirima releases a bolt of lightning within the enclosed arena after the pokemon had adjusted to the darkness. The combination of the crack of thunder and the blinding flash of lightning is sufficient to leave all four of the pokemon blind deaf and dumb as the bolt strikes a large boulder off to the left behind Oracle. The houndours do however notice the warmth coming from the rock as their vision slowly returns. In his daze similar to that of a flash bang victim, Anubus’s burst of flames arcs widely and leaves Lirima unscathed, yet does serve to ignite the slime covering a bolder on her left, the two burning boulders are appear to be at the north and south points of the arena.

I have a feeling this battle is going to be against me >.>

Anyway, since it seems like Cyrus thinks total darkness is bad for something reason, then lets light it up. Sidius, make things interesting by using your Sig Move, Hell's Rage. The roaring flames will be enough to light the place up and you'll all be able to see for awhile. While the fire is roaring, disappear into the flames with your Faint Attack to order to sneak up on the Abra. Try to slam it into the Houndour after you strike it with your Faint Attack. Once you have the both of them down then aim your Sludge Bomb at them.

Hell's Rage {Orcale} ~ Faint Attack {Oracle to fall on Anubis} ~ Sludge Bomb {Both of them}

As for you Lirima, start off by using your own Faint Attack to fade away into the shadows along with Sidius. Sneak up on the Houndour and Slash her quickly before she has a chance to get away. Try to have the Slash be able to make her fall on the ground for just enough time when Anubis is able to knock Orcale on the ground too. Once the both of them are close together, use your Thunderbolt on them both.

Faint Attack {Anubis} ~ Slash {Anubis to make her fall on the ground} ~ Thunderbolt {both of them}

*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*

Houndour (M)
Nickname: Sidius
Sig Move: Hell's Rage
Description: Sidius exhales a tiny flare from his mouth onto the arena floor. Using his dark powers, that tiny flare is magical spread across the arena. The flames roar and engulf the entire battlefield in a second. Enemies who step into the flames are dealt with damage. Sidius' fire and dark attacks are suddenly 5% stronger then before. It also does 4% damage to the foe at the end of every round Hell's Rage is roaring (which is three). After Hell's Rage has been put out, then Sidius cannot use it again. Sidius is immune to the flames around him so it will not hurt him at all. Hell's Rage lasts for three rounds. If Sidius' health is 25% or below and Hell's Rage is active then he'll heal his HP by 2% at the end of each round until Hell's Rage is done or Sidius has been defeated.
Type: Fire | Damage: 4% per round | Accuracy: 75% | Effect: *points up*

this is bad. oracle, right when you see that flame, use teleport + icepunch to make it go out. the flame will melt the ice into water. after that, go into psycho-flight. Anubis, just after u see the flame go out, flamethrowerx3 and be moving in circles, so flamethrower hits everywhere, but keep it low.

Oracle - Teleport + Icepunch(put out the flame) | Psycho-flight

Anubis - Flamethrower x3, after seen the flame go out, and keep it low

I introduced a source of light to avoid randomizing accuracy for every move preformed… Randomizers tend to be rather one sided with who is able accomplish their goals, I removed the possibility of the bulk of the moves failing due to an inability to target the opponent.

Gengar’s Shadow, please be clearer with your attack orders, those were some of the most confusing orders I have encountered…

Battle:

Within the arena formally abandoned by light glows with the radiance from the twin flames the opponents are still recovering from the sudden flash of light. As the male Houndour recovers he summons release a small sphere of flame, nothing more than a spark at first, toward the precognitive Abra. Even as the tainted sphere of flames near Oracle’s body she transports herself from one point to another instantly, in this case directly behind Sidius. Following through with a frigid blow to his open maw, Oracle’s fist knocks Sidius for a loop as her fist connects and sends him to ground. As the flames flare within the arena, none of the four are exposed to the enchanted flames. Adding to the significant quantity of flames lighting the arena, Anubis releasing gouts of flames as he pivots. The flames scorch Lirima’s furry coat as they arc wildly through the chamber.

The charred cat leaps toward her canine foe, claws extended and prepares to drive her to the ground with a single swipe. Yet as the Meowth digs into the houndour’s torso in an attempt to drag her to the ground she encounters a problem in the large difference mass and size and its effects on dragging the dog to the ground. While she did accelerate the canine’s rate of rotation, she failed to drag her to the ground. Whether the scream of pain ripped from her throat is from her failure or her second and longer lasting exposure to fiend’s stream of fire is unknown. Sidius follows his partner’s lead in attempting to drive his opponent to the ground, summoning an aura of darkness to enshroud him and driving his head into the psychic’s back. Yet the abnormally heavy form of the frail psychic is rather difficult to shift with an impact lacking much force let alone drive it to the ground. Oracle manages to recover after stumbling forward.

As both pokemon regret their failure to drive their opponents to the ground, or even their knees, Oracle applies her extensive yet budding telekinetic powers and raises herself above the three other warriors, hovering in place ten feet above the ground. Unsure of whom to target, the hellhound and cat randomly target their next assault. Sidius launches a glob of acidic sludge into the air, striking the levitating Oracle. Venting her rage at being struck twice by her opponent’s flames, Lirima releases a single burst of lightning to strike the Houndour. The arcing bolt causes every muscle in her body to tense, but the spasm fails to produce any long lasting effect. After being struck, Anubis sprays the rear third of the arena with fire, igniting a streak of slime covered stones.

Ok, we can do this! First, oracle, use Dynoport to whack Meowth! If he faint attacks away, use Psyhcic to bring him back. If u dont have to use psychic, use a metrenome, while in the air. Anubis, you have to use faint attack so people cant see you temporarily. when you re-appear, Crunch Kabuki and send her hurtling to the Dynoporting abra, thus making it possible to use the dynamic punch. After this, Flamethrower the meowth!

Oracle - Dynoport(wait till cruch flings the meowth, meowth) | Metrenome

Anubis - Faint attack | Curnch (Kabuki) | Flamethrower (Kabuki)

There we go!

Lirima, keep calm. Keep your eyes opened. The minute you see the Abra, kick some a nice good Mud Slap straight in her eyes. Don't let her punch you. Kick the mud the minute you see her. Next, while she's temparily blinded, spit your Toxic at her to really mess the Abra up. Finish her off by slamming a Shadow Ball right into the blinded and poisoned Abra.

Mud Slap {Orcale in the eyes before Dynoport} ~ Toxic {Orcale} ~ Shadow Ball {Orcale}

As for you my prettyful *is snarled at* erm, handsome Houndour. Do a similar thing that Lirima is doing. Kick a good Mud Slap straight for the eyes. Let it be blinded. While it's a bit freaked out about the fact it can't see again, aim a Toxic at her. Finally, finish this round by using your Rock Smash for a bit of super effective damage.

Battle:

Within the chamber now on a first name basis with light Oracle remains hovering in the air, above the turbulent conflict below her. The male hellhound launches a small amount debris from the cavern floor toward his female counterpart’s eyes. Releasing an aura of darkness, the fiendish hound disappears from sight and apparently avoids the debris entirely as it connects with the ground some distance away. The charred cat turns toward her air borne opponent and launches a clump of debris toward the hovering precognitive. However unfortunate for the feline, her timing proved flawed as the abra teleports directly behind her. Before Lirima can react to the turn of events, she is driven to the ground by a single mighty punch to the back of the head. As the attempts to return to her feet, Anubis appears directly in front of her and locks her jaws around her torso and thrashes from one side to the other, ripping flesh as the fell energy ravages the feline. Sidius attempts to stop the vicious assault on his partner by covering Anubis’s back in vile toxins. As Anubis releases her grip on her opponent to shake off the remainder of the toxic waste, Lirima pitifully attempts to lever herself back to her feet, only find the task extremely difficult with the torn flesh around her torso. Unable to turn to launch a similar toxic spit wad, Lirima can only groan in pain. As Lirima focuses her pain and hatred into an external source, namely a growing violet orb before her outstretched left paw, her canine opponent again levels a stream of flames to scorch her open wounds. Sidius charges his female counterpart to again attempt to stem the tide of the assault against his female partner, driving his head into his opponent’s torso, sending the female hound reeling into an unlit slime covered stone. As Oracle begins to shift her fingers in time with the beating of her foot, her eyes open wide at the result of the unpredictable technique. The first of multiple waves of rolling plasma rips from the abra’s body as she unintentionally sacrifices herself to ravage her two opponents. Wave after wave rips through the arena, ravaging the bodies of the three pokemon in the blast radius. Even Anubis from her relative position of safety isn’t left unscathed by waves as the plasma ravages her form and ignites the remainder of the unlit boulders. As the final wave washes over the warriors, Oracle and Lirima’s bodies fall to the ground with a thud.

Sidius takes the lead and charges his female counter part again, intending to batter her to the ground with another mineral shattering head butt. Yet as his head reaches her torso again, a golden aura turns his force back on his own head. Sidius is forced back under his own force. As the aura fades, Sidius shakes off the force of the unexpected blow.

As Sidius recovers from the reversed blow, he draws together a clump of debris under his left paw and launches it toward his opponent in an attempt to blind her. Yet the female fiend releases a single burst of flames toward the incoming debris, the scorching flames sear through the debris. As the few surviving flames fall to the ground, their momentum lost. Howling in denial, the hellhound charges his foe one last time, rearing up on his two hind legs, the canine pounds on the mare. But the golden aura has once again appeared. As the desperate blows turn back on his bruised form, Sidius is forced to the ground, passing out under his own vicious assault.
