Oh, yes, you can breed a captured Eevee for 2 CCPs. You'll need to post the moves of your pokemon.

And yes, pokemon learn the moves from all the games. If the moves can be learnt in more than one game, we go by the levels at which they'd learn those moves in G/S/C. I hope that helps.

Wait a sec, 2 corrections here *hasn't bothered to ask Gabi to update ^^;*

Drake is at Lv.39 and knows flamethrower as well. I just checked the RS moves list and he should've learned it at Lv.34 so now he knows it. Like I said, I don't put RS moves on my Pokemon but if they can learn RBY/GSC attacks earlier than the other games, then I'm all game for it ^^

the Dratini breeding is usually done at the DT reward center, I think.

Also, does anyone have a porygon/porygon2 they would breed??

EDIT: I am looking for adopted, and I guess it would need to breed with someone's ditto as well.

Actually, through my sleuthing around PCG, the old version of PMBC which is like pg.5 or 6 if you set it for 30 days ago, Alucard's egg was laid on the 25th of June, and hatched the 26th, making him a month old today!!

EDIT: I looked through the old version of the breeding center to see if it was Ark that had the genes, and it said the Eevee that I got that is Ark today has a black fur gene and a grey mane gene. This is a bit of a mess but I released that Feebas you bred for me and my first captured Pokemon was a Feebas that I evolved into Milotic that explains everything I think.
