EDIT - I've trained them up a bit and i've got some new moves, also i've switched Growlithe for Charizard.

For one thing, Jolteon doesn't need two Thunder-type attacks. Try any other TM. Your Haunter looks really good. Pidgeot looks okay, but Razor Wind isn't that great. :O
Blastoise would be better off with a move like Mega Punch/Mega Kick (I think it can learn those :o) than Bubblebeam, because you don't need two Water attacks. There's not much you can do with Gloom, since that's the best moves it'll get for a while, until you get more powerful attacks for it (Solarbeam etc.). Growlithe is okay, but when you get to Blaine make sure you teach it Fire Blast.
