Boosted points ..?

I was wondering if it was bad for the poke to get boosted points.

Is it weaker then when i train it normally.
(I always play in blue)
My Primeape: HP : 317 AT : 277 DE : 204 SP : 276 SPC : 199

Stat calc Min.: HP : 303 AT : 278 DE : 188 SP : 258 SPC : 188

Stat calc Max.: HP : 333 AT : 308 DE : 218 SP : 288 SPC : 218

Pretty big difference between mine and max stats.

That's because traded pokémon get less Stat Experience points... Nothing the Box Trick won't fix.
