Metroid Fusion: Is it possible?

Hi. I have Metriod fusion for GBA, and I just beat the spider boss, I believe. I've gotten to the room in which you exit left, then you have to escape from your clone trying to kill you. How is it possible to get past all this? I did it once, out of luck, but then I died almost instantly after by the bee dudes. How far ahead is it to a heal and save point? Are there any strategies that are great for this area? Help please!!! Thanks in advance hehe.

Where do you go after the SA-X attacks the stuff i the secret lab area? (After you escape and the piece falls off and blows up)

How long did it take for you to complete it i think i did it in 5 hours or summut :D and im not sure how to help you guys because its not specific enough! Or i cant remember.

O yeh i forgot to do a superjump run so you get to superspeed press DOWN for a second or two then press A and there you hav it a superjump :P
