Can someone tell me where can i found that rule which says that muk dont stop entei's (holo) pokemon power please? Please send me the link!

Nowhere, cuz such a rule doesnt exist. Muk stops all powers and bodies. But Howl still works becuz of a loophole in Muk's and Howl's rulings.

Howl works when you put Entei into play, which means, the moment u put it down, u have a choice of using it.

Muk stops all powers and bodies of all pkmn in play.

Problem is, howl is already activated when Muk tries to stop it. Meaning Howl is activated, u do the effects, and only after that is Howl stopped by Muk.

Kinda sux, huh? U can find it in Compendium, of course, under the PP section.
