Ooooh! My second favorite type of deck. I will post mine so you can get an idea of what to put in one. The point of this deck is to get as many water energies into the discard pile, than riptide to do major damage. Then the water energies go back to your deck. This deck is a little outdated.

Pokémon (16)
4 Feraligatr (3 Neo Genesis Riptide, 1 Holo Expedition)
2 Croconaw (Neo Genesis - Sweep Away)
4 Totodile (2 Neo Genesis Fury Swipes, 2 Expedition Double Scratch)
2 Qwilfish (Neo Revelation)
2 Articuno (Fossil)
2 Cleffa (Neo Genesis)

Trainers (29)
4 Professor Oak (Base Set)
4 Pokémon Breeder (Base Set)
3 Computer Search (Base Set)
3 Gold Berry (Neo Genesis)
3 Misty's Wrath (Gym Heroes)
3 Warp Point (Gym Challenge)
3 Seer (Aquapolis)
2 Super Energy Removal 2 (Aquapolis)
2 Secret Mission (Gym Heroes)
2 Trash Exchange (Gym Heroes)

Energy (15)
15 Water Energy

My friend had a Feraligatr deck that he played for tournaments when it was rocket on. As you can tell, it was awhile ago... but I remember what he had in it:

Pokémon (16):
[4] Totodile (Fury Swipes)
[4] Croconaw (Sweep Away)
[4] Feraligatr (Riptide)
[2] Cleffa
[2] Elekid

Trainers (23):
[4] Trash Exchange
[4] Mistys Wrath
[4] Secret Mission
[4] Gold Berry
[4] Professor Elm
[2] Double Gust
[1] Nightly Garbage Run

Energies (21):
[21] Water Energy

I thought that the 16 Pokémon, 23 Trainers, and 21 Energies would not work out, but it did. He won a lot in tournaments and almost every league match he played. Hope this can help you.

Even though people may disagree, but I see some use for riptide feraligatr in MMF with juggler. Maybe slow, but Im guessing there are other cards that can assist in energy discarding.

Quite a few. There r some new pkmn whose powers can do the exact thing. Or so i think, cant really remember.

hum, lemme see:

4 Totodile (hum, neo genesis, 50 hp is fine imo)
2 Croconaw (the one w/ sweep away)
3 Gatr
3 Cleffa
3 Chansey

4 Oak
2 CPU search
4 Item finder
4 Trash exchange (really kick's a$$es w/ item finder)
3 Misty's wrath
1 Scoop up
3 Gold berry
2 Town volunteers
2 Breeder
3 Gow
2 Switch
2 EcoGym/NRGym (your choice)

13 Water

Feraligatr decks, might be centerd just on riptide, and it needs to be fast, that's why 4 oak, 4 wrath and 4 item finder. The main goal is to combo trash exchange w/ item finder then you will never lose by decking (couser you need a bit of luck too, not much). Scoop up might save chansey. When i first tryied these kind of decks i used elekid, but it's too weak, chansey gives the proper deffense power that you need until you build gatr, once you built the "machine", put gold berry and start having fun.
