im going to assume this is a link battle/online battleing team because in game you dont need that good sets :)

a bit predictable, this guy can learn rest so i'd put that over Body Slam b/c it doesnt get Stab anyway

Lets see, Jolteon can hardly survive a rest cycle unless your against a special attacker with bad stats, if you want an annoyer go Electrode.. if you want an attacker.. Raichu is a good idea

Firstly i don't know why you want to use Scyther but if you must forget Slash and go with Body Slam AND Wing Attack
