Could some one tell me where the little bugga is found and any stipulations that may occur

Dear Lord. I don't even have the game and I know this. You can find that little bugger at Shoal Cave when the tide is out. I think I read somewhere that that was about 6 PM or so... not 100% positive.

Why don't you use a cheat to have his or her evolution of that pokemon? one female and one male? then you let them with the daycare and you will have an egg and "PLOP" :P you have the pokemon you wanted in you dex and in your team 8)

Go into shoal cave when the tide recedes (find a time modifying code). Go into the places you couldn't go to when the tide was high. There is a place where you need to use strength, use strength and go in a little cave, it is totally ice-covered and glassy. Yukiwarashi can only be found in that part of the shoal cave.
