Well, closest I got to Blue green ><. The GIF format made the red blood red >< and I turned the leaf blue if that's all right. See the attatchment.

A teal Dragonair with a yellow belly.
A jet black vaporeon with a blue mane.

EDIT: Oh, sorry. Um, blue background for Seadra and Vaporeon. And um...Green for Dragonair.
